Deliveries and tracking
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail or DHL, tracked and/or signed for. If the package is damaged in any way, please sign receipt as ‘unexamined’; or ‘package damaged’ and take some photos. I can then claim from the carrier.
Returns
A free returns label is included and if the item is damaged or otherwise not as required please let me know by email within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be returned packaged in the original packing within 28 days of receipt.
Refunds
A full refund will be given within 14 days of my receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment.
